THE CERT TESTS FOR BASIC, ETC CANNOT BE OPENED.

Forgot my log in ID

I forgot my log in ID. I thought I knew what it was but it is not
working. I do know my password. I've already taken some of the tests.
Please help.

My user name is Kimberly, but I forgot my pass word, and when I go to the “forgot password” input, it doesn’t work. All I would like is to get a copy of my certificates. Could you please help?

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,IM INSTRESTED IN TAKING INTERMEDIATE 6744 TEST,BUT MY PASSWORD CONTINUES COMING UP PASSWORD INCORRECT,EVEN THOSE THAT WERE SENT TO MY EMAIL.WHAT CAN I DO TO GAIN ACCESS THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP. ERNEST
