VITA CERT TESTS

THE CERT TESTS FOR BASIC, ETC CANNOT BE OPENED.

Forgot my log in ID

I forgot my log in ID. I thought I knew what it was but it is not
working. I do know my password. I've already taken some of the tests.
Please help.
