I could not get in to do online testing  Reset password 7 times still does not allow me in to test

THE CERT TESTS FOR BASIC, ETC CANNOT BE OPENED.

Forgot my log in ID

I forgot my log in ID. I thought I knew what it was but it is not
working. I do know my password. I've already taken some of the tests.
Please help.

My user name is Kimberly, but I forgot my pass word, and when I go to the “forgot password” input, it doesn’t work. All I would like is to get a copy of my certificates. Could you please help?

I’m a VITA volunteer and I’m trying to log in to do my intermediate test but my password is not working what can I do?

cannot log on

I wanted to go in and take the advanced certification, but the site is not taking my password.  It was taking it previously when I took the basic and intermidiate exams.  What can I do?
