i am a vita volunteer tax preparer and been for 12 years. i am unable to
get to the certication test site for 2012 for any of the levels. the
site refuses to open. when asked to click on the "leave the irs
site"..the site comes up with message it has changed.
any ideas on how to access the certification test site?

Questions about how to get the VITA Volunteer Study Materials for Exam & Where to complete the In Class Training

I would like to start reviewing the changes from 2011 to the 2012 tax year return year.  How do I go about obtaining a copy of the VITA Volunteer Study Information?  Also when and where are the in classroom training and exams available?

I am a VITA with AARP and am endeavoring to become HSA   certified. I have already completed several courses and completed certification. My AARP client ID is 2577401 and my user name is Alton001. Apparently I have forgotten my password since I cannot activate the test site. Can you please help?

I could not get in to do online testing  Reset password 7 times still does not allow me in to test
