Yesterday, Link and Learn Taxes experienced problems with registration. We notified the vendor, who was able to correct the problem by late afternon.  The system is now fully functional and you should not encounter any further problems with registration. We apologize for the inconvenience.

i am a vita volunteer tax preparer and been for 12 years. i am unable to
get to the certication test site for 2012 for any of the levels. the
site refuses to open. when asked to click on the "leave the irs
site"..the site comes up with message it has changed.
any ideas on how to access the certification test site?

I would like to start reviewing the changes from 2011 to the 2012 tax year return year.  How do I go about obtaining a copy of the VITA Volunteer Study Information?  Also when and where are the in classroom training and exams available?
